This map pays tribute to 'The Grail'; Andy Davidson's Commodore Amiga 1200.

This original Worms development machine was brought back from the equivalent of the Temple of the Sun by a team of South West Amiga Group experts! This map is for them and also meant to pay tribute to the amazing Amiga computer that allowed Andy to bring Worms to the world!

Pictured from left to right on the map:
Zeb - tirelessly retrieved and backed up Andy's dying hard drive and set up/restored the data to his new storage solution
Scott - recapped the failing capacitors in this precious artefact
Szymon - supplied a CF card for the data transfer/backup process
Andy Davidson - no introduction needed, the keeper of 'The Grail'
Derek - technical support to Scott

Additionally, thanks go to Steve Clifford of Retro Passion (retropassion.co.uk) for supplying an IDE to CF adaptor and a 64GB memory card for Worms development to continue on modern storage! Thanks also to Duncan Woodward who allowed the use of his A600 so that Zeb could copy the required PCMCIA drivers onto an ADF. What a team effort!

"SWAG FIX WORMS MACHINES!"

It has been amazing to work on this project and collaborate with such a talented group of Amiga developers. In the words of Kevin Flynn from the film Tron Legacy, which inspired the feel of the map,
"I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see, and then one day...I got in."
